5. Housing Service - impacts of Brexit and Covid |

Following the exit from the European Union in January 2020 and the Covid lockdown on 23 March 2020 and the subsequent period of restrictions, services to council housing tenants and homeless people have inevitably been impacted. This report sets out these impacts and the action plan which is being implemented to address the manifold, negative service impacts upon the delivery of housing services.

6. Housing Energy Efficiency Strategy |

This report presents a discussion paper which sets out the strategic context, plans, and current programmes delivered by the council in response to the decision to accelerate carbon reduction through retrofit works in housing stock across all tenures. The Committee are asked to consider and comment on the analysis and proposals working towards a Housing Energy Efficiency Strategy for the City.
